Please give me some remedies!

My husband came home with a nasty cold last week and I thought I was out of the woods, but I woke up feeling so so bad. I have non-stop allergies, so I can deal with the congestion and runny nose, but please someone tell me some way to ease this sore throat! I'm desperate, I feel horrible.
