Please help

I just had my NT scan test done at 11w4d, baby’s measuring 12w4d and the nuchal fold was measuring at a 3mm. Doctor said not to be worried but I can’t help myself. Going for bloodwork (NIPT) to test baby’s DNA. Has anyone had similar or the same results and everything turned out good?? Down syndrome isn’t common on either of our sides. Please help. I’m 22, if that matters. Thank you
