Desperate

So i had a Missed MC on July. So we did a genetic test on the baby to see if there was a chromosomical issue with the baby. Nop.. our baby girl was perfect. Then did an Hysterosonagraphy to see if my uterus had any problem that could caused my baby’s death and everything is good... and now I got my blood test results to see if I have coagulation problems or my body rejects the baby and everything is normal.... so no one knows why my baby died. Then I don’t know if there is anything I can do to keep my next pregnancy. I was expecting a reason and I got nothing 😢😢😢 i am going crazy
