Ttc for 13 months. First time temping.
Can anyone give me some insight on my chart?
I started halfway through my cycle because I saw my doctor the day before I started. She has done blood work and told me to start opk’s and temping.
I’m unsure of what my chart is supposed to tell me besides confirming ovulation..... anything else?
I’m confused why it dipped then spiked so much these passed few days. Is this common?
I use FF AND GLOW.
