Has anyone ever had symptoms during their 2ww & got BFP?

I know it’s way to early but I mean my boobs have been super sensitive and lower back pain I know I know but I’m just curious . I’m only 2dpo 😂 but I’ve been doing research and someone yes did have symptoms that lead to a BFP so anything would help please babydust to everyone ❤️❤️

You can’t have pregnancy symptoms at 2dpo.... nothing has happened yet...
Anything you feel before 7dpo is not pregnancy related.

Are you 💯 sure you ovulated two days ago. You could be ovulating now and that's the reason why you have pains?
The only symptoms I get before af is due, is all the things I get due to PM's too. Sore boobs, cravings, bloating etc. Just one thing I've noticed is, that I also get a heightened sense of smell. That's how I knew I had to take a test with all my pregnancies. And you just kinda feel that you're pregnant

It’s way to early. You can probably just be ovulating today if you didn’t confirm ovulation with bbt. 
If you used OPKs, ovulation can be 12-24 hours after positive.

Honestly when i found out I was pregnant I had no symptoms at all. I was only 9dpo when I found out because I had a friend that kept telling me to test that she just knew. But I probably would not have found out till late in my pregnancy if I didn't take one when she told me. I'm almost 30weeks and have not had on symptom. I'm not that big look like I just at a good meal and my periods were very regular and I would miss them quite often. So yes getting symptoms is possible not sure on how early some people realize them but just so you know you dont need any symptoms.

With my son, I had a feeling I was pregnant from around 8DPO. I tested at 10/11 DPO and it was positive (he’s now 14 months). The thing that gave it away was that I was starving...like I couldn’t eat enough to satisfy me. I’ve never experienced an appetite like it since.

Cramps, watery discharge, hypotension, bothered by some smells. Tachycardia. Very moody. Both cases 9dpo symptoms, BFP at 10dpo. First one was successful, second one early miscarriage at 4weeks.
