Hey!

My doctor RX these. 14. Once a night. But the pharmacy that dispenses them only dispensed them! Lol they did not hand me a booklet of instructions. So, my question is..

How far up should I be placing them?

I was reading in other posts about discharge so I got that covered.

Mine are white so I’m not expecting any alarming colors thank goodness. You’d think they could dye that something else.

But I can’t help to think if I should go far not far enough. I’m probably over thinking it but what new mom isn’t? Am I right?
