Flat nipples 11 day old son will not latch.

Im getting so discouraged. I really really wanted to make breastfeeding work this time around. This is my third baby and i was 16 and 18 with my older two so i didnt really care as much if they latched on i guess?? Idk. But my nipples are flat and i pump and get my nipples to stick out what they can but immediately after i stop pumping and try to offer my breast to my baby they go flat again. I pump so i know i make more than enough milk for him. I make 3-4 oz from each breast. His pediatrician gave me the times for a breast feeding group and a lactation consultant to go to but i still cant help but feel this is just impossible. My left nipple is much worse than my right nipple but he wont latch to either. He tries.. he roots and then sucks a couple times and then just gets upset. I got hin checked for both a tongue and lip tie today which he doesn't have either. Ive been sitting here doing skin to skin for an hour and my boobs just keep letting down, but he literally kept getting sooo upset id stop to comfort him and he eventually just wore himself out and fell asleep. I just want to sit here and cry honestly..
