Should i get another one?

I had the ParaGard for 2 years and then it came out on its own. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I get another one?

I had one placed & somewhere during the first year of having it, I expelled it. I only found out at my wellness exam! My OB/GYN felt it was safe to try another - so far I have had it about 8 months with no issues.

Should i get another one?
