Achy ankles, hips, and knees?!

Ugh I don’t understand this but every now and then I’ll have a day where allll my joints hate me. It’s painful and I just can’t get comfortable! Is this normal? Currently 9 w 4 d. Can’t really take a hot bath either so just soaked my knees and ankles ha. 
I have my first ultrasound tm so excited about that at least!

Yes my right knee and right wrist. It started with my 2nd pregnancy. It sucks and for me never went away after pregnancy. Right before my period they would ache and that’s how I knew it was that time. If it gets really bad maybe ask for PT, it really helped my knee.

So I think I read somewhere once that pregnancy softens your joint tissue. Nothing massive or permanent, they just loosen up a little bit.
