I had a scan at close to 30 weeks and the baby was measuring in the 20th percentile. After repeatedly not meeting the fundal measurement I was supposed to be at, they scheduled another ultrasound which I just had today at 34&4. The baby is now estimated in the 12th percentile with the head falling in the 9th. The baby has gained an estimated 2 pounds in the past month so I know he or she is growing but still not where they'd like to see. They said the amount of amniotic fluid was good and everything apart from the baby being small is good, as well. They've scheduled me for another scan in 3 weeks. I know that some babies are just small but I'm worried. Has anyone else had this and it turned out to be fine? They advised me to start drinking one protein shake a day to help encourage growth.
