A lot of pelvic pain?

33 weeks today and I woke up to crazy pelvic pain. Right at my pubic bone. It was for a good 10 minutes & went away. I know babies start engaging with the pelvis, but I’ve heard when you’re closer to 40 weeks. Is it possible that they engage this early??

I’m 22w and bed bound with pelvic pain. It has more to do with your hormones softening your bones than to do with whether baby is engaged or not.

Yeah, I’ve always gotten crazy pelvic pain in 3X weeks. Your body releases a hormone so your pelvic can slowly start to separate and prepare for baby to come through. It’s bad enough to bring me to tears. Usually night time to early morning it is the worst, once I was up and moving it seemed to ease up some.
