Has anyone had succesful pregnancies using Letrozole?

I had five failed rounds. Halfway through the sixth my RE added metformin and three weeks later I found out I'm pregnant with triplets. Good luck!

Yup. Three rounds for me.

I did three rounds and got pregnant with my daughter. The first to rounds i was on the lowest dose. And the third round i was on the next one higher.  Good luck. Side effects are way better than clomid. Only thing i encountered was a bad headache.

I got pregnant with my son after two rounds. Trying for baby number two on my first round. Fingers crossed :)
