So my husband and I have been trying for a year in October. I have been off birth control for quite some time and haven’t been able to get a period on my own. I am currently on Metformin and still no luck. We have tried different dosages to help boost my ovulation. My husband has done a sperm sample and has had the results of low sperm count. He goes back to see a fertility doctor to give another sample.. any advice, products, apps.. anything to help us through? I have taken a lot of negative tests and it’s been so discouraging. It seems everyone around me is pregnant and we just want a baby so bad!!
