Wondering if anyone else has felt what they believe to be the baby moving?

The past week, and I feel slightly crazy saying this, Ive felt these little thumps when my body is scrunched up, on the top of my belly by my ribs. Ive ruled out gas, but maybe a weird stomach spasm? I made my man feel my stomach last night after feeling it 5 times and he felt it too. Can it be baby or is it something else? I feel crazy, lol. Ive had a baby before so I know what kicks feel like and it really felt like one, but also know that baby is small and Im unsure if baby would be able to make such a fast and strong enough kick that my SO could feel it too??
