How dialated were you at 36.5 weeks?

FTM, I’m getting my cervix checked for the first time today!!! Just excited and want to see others experiences

With my first i was 0 cm dilated  then, even at 40 weeks I was still 0!😂😫 I ended up getting induced

35 weeks 80% effaced and 4cm dilated.

36 and 3 when I went in yesterday and was at a zero😅
The thing is, it really can’t indicate when baby will come, even in active labor. You can stay in one place for weeks, or you can have contractions and progress all the way to a ten in an hour. In other words, it’s fun to know, and important to know if you’ve progressed further than expected at this point, but should not be used as a crystal ball, or as a way to feel down about yourself if you haven’t progressed!

I didn’t get checked until labor. It’s not a sign of impending labor and can be highly disappointing if you’re not as progressed as assumed. I had ZERO symptoms until water broke.

I’m getting checked on Friday but with my first I was at a 0. I didn’t think it was the common to be dilated at 36 weeks, especially with the first.

0 cm until 41 weeks with my first. Was induced cause she wasn't interested in coming out on her own.

With both my kids I never did cervix checks until membrane sweep with one and never with the other, even during labor
