Do you guys really believe social media ruins relationships? What exactly about social media or is it an insecurity within oneself? Do you believe it has to do with age? Or do you believe it’s just how you’re raised? Do you and your partner have social media? If so, pros/ cons?

I’m 26 and my family members do not have social media nor does their partner, I’m currently single and I do have accounts but always wondered how it’d be once I was in a relationship.
