Guilty feeling all the time

When I'm at home, I feel guilty for not helping out at work. My boss has said I don't need to come in, but I still wonder how long I can do this 😩

When I'm at work, I always start spotting/bleeding due to a SCH, and I feel guilty because I don't know if I'm risking a miscarriage. My husband also gets frustrated when I go to work because he's so worried about the baby (our first). Not sure what to do ☹️
