Breakout before period

TTC so not on birth control (had an IUD for 5 yrs) and haven't been for almost 8mths now. I am getting really bad breakout about 4 to 5 days before my period starts and it's so annoying! I'm 26 years old and red pimples on my face embarrass me. Has anyone else experienced this, any suggestions on how I can control the breakouts? I'm not a dirty eater and drink plenty of water everyday.
