Scared

So I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby after a long 5 years and 4 months I was pregnant with twins n experienced bleeding during the 15 weeks I was pregnant but now with this pregnancy at 6 weeks it doesn't seem like I'm pregnant no symptoms whatsoever I only experience nausea if I don't eat something but that's it is this normal...baby due June 5 go back to the doctor on the 19th
