Confused............

I've already had 2 miscarriages

I think I'm gonna have another :(

Got my first positive pregnancy test on September 24th (according to Glow I was 10dpo or 3w3d) The doctors had me come in on October 1st saying I would've been exactly 5 weeks from my last period. According to Glow I was 4 weeks 3 days. Did an ultrasound and there was nothing to be seen. Went and had my levels checked. They were 2135. Went back to have my levels checked again on the 5th (according to Glow I was 5 weeks exactly) levels were 6465. Next morning had another ultrasound at 5w1d and the gestational sac was visible. Well I had some horrible back pains on Friday 5weeks 4 days. Went to the hospital and had an ultrasound and the yolk sac was visible but no embryo and fetal pole. My levels were at 20,465. On my hospital papers it says that my levels and not seeing an embryo and fetal pole don't match up. :/ I'm assuming with those levels something more should've been visible than just the yolk sac. :/ Still so confused about all of this. Just want to have my baby.
