Did walking throughout your pregnancy help you have an easier labor?

Other then regular on my feet throughout day walking... I always walk for 30 to 60 minutes every evening. I think it definitely helps during labor and faster recovery post partum.

When you say walking, what do you really mean? Hiking? Long walks as exercise? I guess, with some exceptions, most of us can and have been walking all the way throughout our pregnancy!

Helped with labor and recovery. I would just say exercise in general.
