Working 3 kids

So i had a baby 2 weeks ago and Need to get back to work. See doctor next week so i can get cleared.I have 3 kids 5, 1 and a 2 week old. I will be working 2 nights a week at first. My husband is nervous when comes to newborns so im nervous about leaving him my self with the newborn. Any advice or ways i can help him get more comfortable? Hes a big worry wart about everything i swear, also how do u working moms do it with 3 kids and the up keeping of cleaning ur house once my mil is free i will be having her take the kids 3 time a week and working 2 nights a week on top of it.
