I need help. What are some good ideas on what to get a 1 year old girl for her birthday?

My baby will be 1 in a week and I'm having a hard time figuring out what to get her. I'm also currently 25 weeks pregnant with another girl. Im stuck on what to get Her. Also any advice from people that have kids a year apart? I'm so nervous I feel like this is going to be like if I were having twins

I'm giving my daughter just things she needs like mitts, boots, hat, winter jacket etc. Nothing exciting but I figure she doesn't really know the difference and her grandparents are going to get her toys!
