Soda alternative???

Normally I cannot handle soda, it always tastes so syrupy and sweet. But the past 2 days I have been craving carbonation! I've tried sparkling water but it just doesn't do it for me. So I got the pellegrino sparkling orange drink... I am currently 2 days late for AF and waiting to test until later this week (I am terrified of getting another negative) so anyways, so you think it's ok if I'm indulging in stuff like this? I am super health conscious with my eating habits and sugar intake, I hate to feel like because of my craving I could mess up my chances 😤
