Anyone else's bellybutton piecing sore as hell ?!

I got my belly button pierced probably over 3 years ago. Im 34 weeks pregnant right now and my belly button piercing seems to be infected. 
Which is wild as hell bc it's definitely healed since i got it done when i turned 18, I'm almost 23 now.

I haven’t worn my bellybutton piercing in probably 5yrs and while pregnant with my 19 month old it would swell. I’m 4 weeks now and noticed it was little swollen already. So weird!!

Its sore. But my belly button in general is sore to the touch. Im 36 weeks.

Are you still wearing a normal ring? Or one of the pregnancy belly rings? Could be irritated from the skin stretching.

All my piercings and my tattoo hurt like hell while pregnant even with the jewelry out.  The scar tissue just inflames horribly.
