Am I Pregnant??? 😣😖😫😩😩freaking out real bad, plz help

OK so I’m late by 20 days now and at 2 am in the morning I went for a pee and just casually spotted an old yet unexpired pregnancy test lying around and decided to go for it. AND IT SHOWED TWO LINES MEANING POSITIVE!!!! 😩😩😩😩😩

The thing is I’ve been experiencing awful UTI since mid July and my fucking GP won’t give me an antibiotic for it. They kept saying the urine sample is NORMAL while I literally bled pee.

I went to the emergency and they told me that I had a serious UTI.

Anyhow all this happened since July and this unusual delay in my period ive been ignoring it as a UTI related issue or something because the Urologist that I saw recently said that this recurring UTI might have another reason.

Tomorrow I will get more tests and go to the walk in clinic if I can but until then I want to know if any of you had positive showing home pregnancy tests when you weren’t actually pregnant!!!
