Acrylics question

So my homecoming is coming up and it’s my senior homecoming so I want to be really extra, I’ve never had acrylics but I want to get them for the dance. My concern is that I’m a cashier and I’m scared I won’t be able to pick up change with nails. Any cashiers have advice for getting used to working with nails?
