Anyone else annoyed...
I might be the only one, but...
Anyone else annoyed that everyone assumes they can hold your baby? Don't get me wrong, I know our baby is gorgeous, I know she's wonderful...none of that means ppl can automatically hold her. I'm just getting very frustrated when being given this sad face & guilt trip when I either want her to stay where she is (b/c she's sleeping) or I want to continue holding her (after all she's my daughter for flip sakes!).
My husband's family automatically thinks b/c they are family & b/c "she's so beautiful," that means they get to hold her. The only ppl who automatically get to hold her are her dad & I, everyone else is a privilege, not guarantee.
Sorry, just needed a little ranting/venting session.
