News at 32w dr appt today!!!

Today at my appt, the nurse checking my BP asked if I had any previous high BP before and I have not... she checked it and said, “well, it’s not too high but it’s higher than a normal BP.” But she never gave me a number. When i saw my dr, he never mentioned anything about it. Should I be concerned or monitor my own BP? I felt pretty nauseated this morning before my appt but heard it’s common for nausea to come back in third trimester. But that’s the only difference that happened in my morning routine.
