Random Bleeding at 23 weeks?!

Early early this morning I had momentary random bleeding.  I’m 23 weeks and have not had any bleeding.  Prior to this pregnancy I had an early miscarriage.  I’m so freaked out!  I called my doctor when they opened at 8am and they said they would call back, I didn’t hear from them so I called at 10:45.  Nothing.  Anyone else have something similar happen?

I had bleeding at 17 weeks and went to emergency. They did nothing to explain the bleeding but just did a quick ultrasound to make sure baby still had a heartbeat. Bleeding had stopped by then so they sent me home.
I had bleeding again a few nights ago (20 wks). Luckily I was far enough along that I could reach out to the birthing unit at my hospital. I called them and they recommended I come in. They checked for a heartbeat and did a cervical exam and didnt see any reason for concern. The bleeding had stopped so they sent me home.
I'm thankful there have been no major problems, but I wish I knew the cause of the bleeding and I hope it doesn't happen again.

If they aren't calling back go in as a walk-in or to hospital just to get evaluated as you are only 23weeks don't worry that much about movement baby can be moving and sometimes you won't feel it. Around 28weeks its when you gotta keep kick count good luck tho

Did you by chance have placenta Previa of any sorts at your 20wk anatomy scan? Could be that.
