Belly Button

Is anyone else experiencing pain near their belly button? Mine is directly to the left of my belly button and it hurts so bad. It's like a burning itching stabbing pain, and the skin is a little bit red if I scratch but other than that it's nothing visible. Not sure if it's round ligament pain or if I have a tiny hernia- sometimes if I put my fingers on the spot and walk or sit the muscle moves in a way that's not normal.
