How much?

Our daughter is currently in a daycare where we pay $120 a week. It has become an option of a family friend to watch our little girl now so she won’t have to be in daycare. She will be with her Monday- Friday from about 730-330 most days. How much should I pay her each week?

EDIT: where I live the average for daycare is $90-140 a week for daycare.
