8dpo and..

Since yesterday I have been having mild menstrual-like cramps. They are intermittent and only last a minute at a time. Is this normal?AF isn't due for a little over a week and my periods are very regular. Of course when I Google it the first thing that pops up is implantation, but if course not going to get my hopes up. Baby dust please!
