I know the whole avoid caffeine thing is controversial some people do some don't. But personally I'm trying to cut back pretty significantly. Normally I don't really like sweet tea, I'm basically the only person in the south who doesn't drink it but this baby freaking loves it!! my question is does tea have a lot of caffeine in it? I know it has some but I'm not sure as to how much and I don't want to be trying to cut back then sit and guzzle this stuff down all day.
