Anyone else ever have a long day, maybe not even long or hard, but just feel off and said something to your kid you totally didn't even mean to say, it just kind of came out and as soon as it did you feel terrible?

Ugh. I have no idea, I was trying to say be quiet and I slipped and said 'shut up' 😭😭 I feel so terrible and have been replaying it all night. I don't even understand why it came out because I wasn't even thinking of saying that. It's seriously the worst I have felt as a parent this far. I know it may seem stupid to some.. lol. Parent emotions...
