Toddlers with fever

Hello ladies. So I’m reaching out for advice because I don’t want to be the over worrying mom , but my daughters have never experienced fever , so I’m not sure quite what to expect. My daughters have had fever for 3 days now , one of daughters reached 104 yesterday, and I maintained it since & they’ve been steadily at 100-101, the same daughter that reached 104 has had a cough all week which seems to get worse . So I’m wondering when should I take her to the urgent care ? Is it normal ? Cause I’ve read online fever could be okay as long as it’s no more than 5 days 🥺
