What was your experience? I'm getting checked for the first time tomorrow - yay! I've heard everything from "no big deal" to feels like a Pap smear and "the worst pain I've ever had"...what has your experience been?  I've been fairly crampy for about a week now and bouncing/sitting on my yoga ball for a few weeks now. Hoping to be at least 2-3cm tomorrow.
