Tonight I was sitting in a meeting and all of a sudden my body got really hot and my whole body turned bright red. My face, neck, chest, legs , feet .. Literally every part of my body! I stepped outside had water and put cold cloths on my body and after a few minutes body started going back to normal. Has anyone else experienced hot flashes yet? Was my first time and I'm not sure if I should be concerned or if it's normal .
