I don't know how gym is now but when I was in high school every one got dressed and undressed in front of everyone. We had walls in the showers but not that high. I don't see the big deal of girls or women seeing other females naked or changing at any age. We are al the same. Just because one might be more mature then the other who cares. I think it's us are American culture it's making us prudes and hypocrites. My moms from Europe every one is so open about there bodies it isn't looked negative apoun. But you know if a woman breast feeds or showers with there kids ect ect then there's always someone batting an eye or pointing a finger. But this is the same generation who's 12 years olds are wearing booty shorts and crop tops and you can't say anything because there just expressing there self. I don't think it's the nakedness is the problem. But how people think about the nakedness is the issue. There's always some person that will twist innocent actions into something it isn't.

My little sister and I showered together up until I hit highschool, but we were also raised in a very open and accepting of everyone's body household of all women. When I showered she'd want to go with me, and that meant the kid (her) who hated showers got cleaned. After she and I stopped showering together her hygiene was disgusting. She hardly showered once in five days (gag). It was a big ordeal, but what I'm getting at is what works for one family doesn't work for another. It doesn't mean they're worse or better

Depends on the relationship. My twin sister has two kids. If she asked if she could throw a kid in there with me (they are both 3 and under) I would have no problem with it. But she's my twin sister and best friend in the entire world. So we're pretty close.

In my family, adults do not bathe/shower with kids. Kids bathe together, or hang out in the bathroom while the others are showering, though. It's just how we do. Some families are comfortable with adults showering with kids, and there's nothing wrong with that, IMO.

When my daughter goes to her aunts house( my sister in law) she often takes baths with her along with my niece and nephew. My nephew and daughter are only 5 weeks apart so at 3 years old its not a big deal, and I know that soon it won't happen anymore. If she still wanted to take baths with my niece or her aunt I don't think it would be a big deal. Obviously with the opposite sex its a lot different.

I bathed with my sister until she was 8.. that puts me at 15 at the time. And we slept in the same bed until she was 10 because she was afraid to sleep alone.
