My husband and I lost our baby Thursday..I wasn't very far along and the nurse I spoke to said since my levels went back to normal so fast we only need to wait until I have 1 normal cycle to start trying again.

But my question is..once we are ready to be intimate, if it is before that normal cycle do we need to be careful and use protection..or will we be ok?

(I'm not sure yet if I'm emotionally ready for that type of intimacy yet, but I want to be able to have some sort of an idea about this as we continue to discuss what our next step it..)
