Is he even interested?

So I’ve been close friends with this guy for around 8 years now. We’ve had history (both liked each other but never really dated.) We kinda grew apart a year back but have recently come back into contact and it feels like we never stopped talking😅I’ve been over his apartment a couple times and there is just this sexual tension in the room yet he never makes a move? I’ve been told I’m intimidating to guys at times but its not like I’ve been horrible, we talk all the time, flirt etc. I’m too damn scared to make a move because I feel like he wants to stay friends yet he flirts back. And boyyy when we’re chilling together and he lays his hand on my thigh I’m ready to get the F*CK ASAP.

I need advice honestly, do I make a move or stay as friends?
