BABY ACNE?

My baby is 8 weeks old and about 2 weeks ago she started developing these red/dry patches with pimples. What can I do.?? Ive been just putting BM 
I was gonna call her ped tmrw to try to get her in.

It’s completely normal and almost all babies get it. I put aveeno baby eczema lotion. (Even thigh it is not eczema) and it is AMAZING. It will go away when I use that lotion but if I forget it comes right back. The lotion is made with oatmeal and is very baby friendly. I love it.
