Please please help .

I am 23 weeks pregnant . For about 4 months now I've had severe kidney pain . My doctor gave me a antibiotic for infection but the pain was still there . So she put me on flomax which is to help the flow of urine from my kidneys to bladder because she's convinced it's the baby messing with my kidneys . Well I been on that for 2 weeks but it's not helping at all . I been in more pain then ever . I'm embarrassed to keep complaining about this . I feel like my doctor thinks I'm over exaggerating . I always do

Get kidney stones once in a while but I haven't passed anything I been straining my pee . I don't know what's wrong with me . Maybe it's a really bad infection??
