Ovulating

Does anyone have mild pain when they ovulate? I never use to feel when I ovulated. Now that I'm getting older (27) I cramp when I'm ovulating. This last time I had the worst pain ever! My mom told me she had the same thing happen to her a while back and her dr said she was producing too much eggs and it was nothing to worry about. Anyone else have something similar?
