Should parents be blamed for their children’s actions

I believe once you’re a teenager or grown you should know what’s right and wrong. Also a teenager/Adult should be aware of the consequences of their actions. So I’m going to provide a list of actions done by teens(not all of but some of their peers )

Drugs: using or selling.(regardless if their parent/parents do it or not), drinking at a young age

Sex: stds, pregnancy (mostly talking about teens not adults )

Crime: stealing, killing, assault

No idea where teens joining in gangs would fit in whatever category. This is just a starter list to get the discussion going. It’s not just teens but even adults who do these things later in life. So should parents be the blame of because of their children’s actions whether they’re a teen or grown.
