Bleeding TMI please help!!

Hi, I am in CD 11 but I am still bleeding ever so slightly. It's enough to warrant a panty liner. The blood is still Red not the usual brown you get at the end of a AF. Can anyone advise as to whether I should be worried? Do I need to get checked out? Thanks
