I'm almost 8 weeks pregnant & have been experiencing the worst constipation that I have probably ever had. I was told my prenatal vitamins may be an underlying cause so as recommended I switched to the gummy prenatals... If that was the culprit, the damage is done. I have not been able to use the restroom in FIVE DAYS. Today I have been having really bad cramps that I know are related to this mess.

I have a list from my OB that states what is safe to take, but I would like to know what worked well for you ladies!
