Another trigger shot question

So I took the trigger shot last night around 835pm after Sex is it true I'd see a positive opk test this early at 545 the next am? I'm not having my iui done until Tuesday am around 830/9 fingers crossed I'm not going to miss it😬 I was told 36 hrs later
