From 160lbs to 120lbs! So proud of myself for actually staying consistent. This is how I did it!
1. I do intermittent fasting. My first meal being at 1pm and last meal being at 6pm. I don’t eat after 6pm at all.
2. Water water water is your best friend! Trust me!
3. At the beginning I would do cardio, run/walk 6 miles 5 times a week.
4. Lifting weights also helped me sooo much!!
