adding protein to diet
Im attempting to stop eating meat. Its already been difficult and my family isnt super supportive of it but im almost 19 and I go grocery shopping for myself anyways. I know that a lot of vegetrians get their protein from nuts, which Im allergic too (except peanuts), or beans which I hate😂. Any other ways to add protein into my diet?
